I am looking to start a program with students in other countries to temporarily obtain work visas in American cities during their summer months...I am working with companies in my area, they are interested in the extra help during the summer months.

Contact local ethnic groups in your area - Polish, Russian, African, etc. - they probably have a list of people who'd like sponsorship for a work VISA. Good luck.
